By switching to our 12mm MV4 endmill from a competitor’s tool, a recent customer test showed an 82% total cost reduction when machining a batch of 500 components, which equated to a saving of almost £7,765.

The MV4’s cutting geometry and HP AlTiN coating enabled the speed and feed to be increased, which lowered the component cycle time by 74%, while also reducing the number of tools used per batch to just 21 instead of 125.
