Our versatile new TuffCut® XM high performance micro-end mills are designed for precision machining with a range of ISO material grades from steel and hardened steel through to titanium and stainless steel.

With diameters from 0.1mm to 6mm, four separate products are included in the range. Covering 2 and 4 flute designs, together with ball-nose, corner radius and square end options, all have a necked design for use on long reach and deep pocket applications, as well as 3D scanning and profile machining.

Using our ALtima® Xtreme coating for long tool life and exceptional performance, the XM Series range includes more than 750 individual product lines, all of which are available in stock for next day UK delivery.
