M.A. Ford Europe ready for kick off at Leeds United.

This year’s Made in Yorkshire Expo is being held at the home of Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, on 17th May 2018 and M.A. Ford Europe is exhibiting products from its extensive range of high performance cutting tools and machining solutions.

The exhibition is being staged in the Centenary Pavilion and runs from 08:00 until 14:00, with more than 100 exhibitors taking part. M.A. Ford Europe is exhibiting on Stand 50.

Coming just a few weeks after M.A. Ford’s highly successful MACH 2018 exhibition at the NEC, the company is keen to maintain its presence and position as a key part of the Yorkshire manufacturing and business community, as its Custom Tools Division is located less than 2 miles from the football stadium.

In addition to producing custom tools to meet exact customer specifications, M.A. Ford’s UK manufacturing and technical centre are also located at the Leeds facility together with its precision design, testing and metrology operations.

Chris Wagstaff, Manufacturing Director with M.A. Ford Europe, explained: “Even though we are an international business serving markets across Europe, the UK manufacturing sector is a key focus for us and our customer base is continually developing, particularly in the North-West and Yorkshire.”

He added: “As we are both a manufacturer and a member of ‘Made in Yorkshire’, we’re keen to support the local business community and take the opportunity to build awareness even further at events such as this.”
