To coincide with the introduction of its extensive range of high precision TuffCut® DM end mills, which are dedicated to the die & mould sector, M.A. Ford Europe has produced a new catalogue to support the products and is available in both print, and downloadable PDF formats.
Shown for the first time at MACH 2016, the full range of TuffCut® DM precision end-mills is covered within the new catalogue, which provides a range of detailed information, such as tooling geometries and diameters, as well as technical and cutting data for use on different materials.
Tool diameters range from 0.1mm up to 12 mm and are available in both square end and ball nose geometries with either 2 or 4 flute options and neck lengths of up to 30 x diameter, as standard.
M.A Ford Europe’s special carbide substrates provide enhanced tool life while the use of the company’s latest ALtiMAX and ALtma Pro coating delivers outstanding performance and precision.
